Rubber Foam

Rubber foam tape used to protect the integrity of the vacuum seal when probing sous vide food for cooking and cooling temperature logging. Made of EPDM cellular waterproof materials. The tight cellular structure allows the foam to "heal" around a Type K Sous Vide Probe during penetration and after removal.
